In all honesty, we were a bit skeptical thinking: "How responsive will she be when she's just getting a flat fee, and will she go to bat for us to get us top dollar?". Well, about ten weeks after listing we had multiple offers, and two were for more than our asking price! Stephanie is the most "on the ball" Realtor® we have ever worked with!
